Jeito Assessments

 

Jeito has been delivering a Governance framework, since 2003, that is  based on a platform of Board assessments.

 

Our assessments are delivered as a Web service, using standard sets of content that are designed to be easily modified to cater for individual client requirements.

 

At the conclusion of the service, our consultants lead a feedback consulting session with the Board, to provide an interpretation of the results.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Board Performance Assessments
They are Web based internal, self-assessments of Directors, the Chair, the CEO, the Board and committees.  Assessment content is standardised for specific market segments, can be customised for each client.

 

 

 

Board Skills Assessments
A  Web service, based on the director’s self-assessment of their own skills.  Skill gaps are reported in terms of:-

1.  Insufficient total skill in a topic.

2.  Lack of a natural leader for an area.

3.  Minimum number of competent directors/discipline
