The Jeito on-line training in governance principles  takes its inspiration from our experience gained in more than 15 years of working with Boards’ around the world. During that time we have observed that the need for an effective induction training course has been a constant refrain in the reviews we have facilitated. So our induction training  has been designed to present new Board members with an understanding of governance principles and director duties and responsibilities, so that they might make an early, effective contribution as a board member during their time in the Board room.
